  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • In its original packaging

    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Perishable goods (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the item you would like as a replacement.
